In my first couple of days in Beijing, somehow had the urge to translate a security-related article from the Foreign Affairs, “The Rise of U.S. Nuclear Primacy”

The article is very well written. The authors built a convincing case of the U.S. actively pursuing what they did not achieve during the Cold War: nuclear supremacy. It is hard to miss the authors’ distaste of this policy, but what they are trying to convey is less than clear: is MAD still the most optimal policy?

In any event, here is my Chinese translation.
